Sam Paske
BSc(Hons) MBPR CMIAgrM

Senior Consultant

Having grown up on the family farm and with a keen interest in agriculture from a young age, Sam studied Agricultural Business Management at Reading University where he graduated in 2011 with a BSc (Hons).  He then pursued a career in Farm Management, starting off with a role as a Trainee Farm Manager with Velcourt on a 3000-acre arable and top fruit farm in Kent (UK).  From here he was promoted to Assistant Farm Manager within the same business. In 2015 he became Farm Manager on a 2000-acre arable farm in Cambridgeshire (UK).  Sam has been involved in arable, dairy and horticultural production as well as more recently returning to his family farm to re-establish a beef business.

Sam has joined the team at Mintridge Consulting to offer practical land advice. Having realised that the agricultural industry must go through a significant change in order to remain sustainable, Sam discovered his passion for assisting businesses to go through this transition whilst also remaining focussed on production.  This is achieved through diversifying income streams to generate income from Natural Capital, as well as transition to Regenerative Agriculture.

Sam is also a Managing Director of Integrated Land Management. He works with the Landowners through the process from the creation of the Biodiversity Offset Management plan (BOMP) to the establishment and annual management.
