At Mintridge Ground Rents (a trading name of Mintridge Consulting Limited), we are interested in residential ground rents, from small sites with around 10 flats or houses to large developments with hundreds of apartments. Commercial ground rents of all types are also of interest.  We broker deals with leading national and regional developers, property portfolio owners and individual investors.
